Healing Paths for Those the World Overlooks

Trauma-informed counseling and reentry support for veterans, returning citizens, people facing homelessness, substance use, and family separation. You don’t have to walk this maze alone.

In your first session, we’ll slow down, listen to your story, and make a simple plan together—no pressure, no judgment.

Meal Prep & Nutrition Support

Many of our clients are rebuilding life after trauma, incarceration, homelessness, or substance use. We offer simple, realistic meal planning and prep support that honors your culture, budget, and energy level so your body can begin to feel safe again.

Workout & Wellness Coaching

Movement can be a powerful part of healing. We focus on gentle, strength-building routines that support mood, sleep, and confidence—never shame. Plans are tailored to your health needs, reentry schedule, and comfort level so you can move at a pace that feels safe.

Dignified Care & Payment Options

We believe money conversations should be honest and respectful. Our goal is to make care as accessible as we can while honoring the time and work that goes into each session.

Session Fees

Intake Session (about 90 minutes): $165
Individual Counseling (45–60 minutes): $125
All sessions are currently offered by secure telehealth only.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and some digital payment options. Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve made a written plan together.

Cancellations & No‑Shows

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged a fee. After three no‑shows, we may need to pause services and offer referrals so that time can be used for clients who are able to attend.

Empowering Underserved Communities Through Lived Experience

We welcome veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, people of color, people in reentry, and anyone who has felt judged or overlooked in other spaces.
